How we’re compensated:
IMG Careers typically works on a commission basis. While we prefer that employers cover our fees, many healthcare organizations are still new to hiring IMGs and often choose not to pay placement fees directly. In those cases, the commission is paid by the candidate as a percentage of compensation earned over time. No fee is ever owed unless we place you in a position that you accept, and all terms are clearly disclosed in advance.
