Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited US or Canadian medical school or ECFMG-certified international medical school

• ECFMG certification, if applicable

• USMLE Steps 1, 2, and 3 passed

• Recent clinical experience within the last two years

• Completion of PGY1 or more

• No history of unresolved disciplinary action affecting licensure

• Willingness to work in post-acute or long-term care settings

Compensation: $195,000 - $225,000
